Who We Are

Knit Outta the Box is the brainchild of Laurie Gonyea, a knitwear designer and instructor, living in Washington DC . She has been knitting since she was six years old and over the years has found herself caught in the "wait around" mode without her knitting far too many times. Hence, the birth of Knit Outta the Box.

Laurie's philosophy is to offer all-inclusive, uncomplicated projects that will satisfy the urge to knit.
