We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards. Sales tax of 5.75% will be charged to Washington DC residents.
Shipping:
All Knit Outta the Box products are shipped UPS or USPS within 5-10 business days from receipt of the order. Expedited shipping is available. International Shipping – $35 (flat rate)
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with our products we will gladly refund your money minus the shipping costs. Simply send the product back to us along with a reason for return. Once received we will issue the refund. Sorry, PDF downloads are not refundable.
